I wanna display the user's name in the recent block of myAlbum-P.
I've tried <{$photo.submitter_name}>, but it's no good.

ユーザーさんからの要望で、
新着ブロックにユーザー名を表示しようと思い、
色々試したのですが、うまくできません。

テンプレートに<{$photo.submitter_name}>を足すだけではダメなんですね。


で、myalbum_topnews.phpもいじってみましたが、
結局の所、$uidが取得できていないようなので、
全てゲストになってしまいました。


何とか解決する方法はありませんでしょうか?

Perhaps, the best way is using "smarty plugins".

get a plugin for displaying user's info, and extract it and copy modifier.xoops_userinfo.php into your XOOPS_ROOT_PATH/class/smarty/plugins/

After this, you can get user's info in your templates like this:
