I've just started brand new install of xoops 2.0.16.
I've applied the fix suggested to resource.db.php,
installed as suggested.
But xoops does not see the module (admin/modules). Xoops appears to work, it sees my-album-p.
Any suggestions how to debug?
Additional:
I just installed tinyd0, as a subsitute, xoops does not see it either.

Found my problem once I turned xoops debugging on.
The path to xoops_trust_path include a node with 750 perms. Once I changed this to 755, both pico and tinyd0 became available for install.
