Redo thumbs <----without thumbs with GD1 encode

hi bebe.
I've implemented "Batch register" instead of "Batch upload".
Before you use this feature, you have to upload photos into the server via FTP etc.
About redothumbs, I can't see what' wrong.
Show the result of "Check configs&environment" in myAlbum-P.
