in here (http://www.peak.ne.jp) cand send to hotmail adress. but in my site i tried to send to my hotmail. but i cant.. why?

Don't post multiply.
And it is not an issue of tellafriend.
It is caused by your server cannot send email to hotmail's server.
eg)
- Outbound Port25 Blocking
- Your server is on the blacklist
