Installed new beta version ... but now the time does not appear in coming events (don't know about other blocks but i use this one on my front page). did i do something wrong or can i get that back (it was on the previous version)

is "previous" piCal-0.60beta03?
If so, Changed point is only "H:i" to _PICAL_DTFMT_TIME.
You'd better check the value of this constant.

Check modules/piCal/language/(your language)/pical_constants.php
and search _PICAL_DTFMT_TIME.
Or have you made "table maintenance" ?
