Not Searchable?

I created a number of subdirectories holding my html files.

I created indexes in each subdirectory with links like <LI><A HREF="allabobee.html">All About Beef</A></LI>

I installed multiple copies of Wraps, each pointing to a different dirrectory and a different index.html. Each install said it had installed the files, and gave the correct file count.

If I use direct links, the pages are there, and they show up. But if I try to search they do not appear. The search engine (in the Xoops Core) finds the subdirectories, and lists them, but says there are no results.

How can I get these files to appear in the search?

Update index in wraps admin.

Is there any way to include comments and notifications on the pages?
