Newbie to Xoops, But ready to pay for help in getting started. We are very interested in a xoops calendar system where moderators can post events on a calendar for viewing by users. Users could then schedule themselves to the event. Email alerts a plus and a global calendar of events and attendees is a plus. We hope to let our many volunteers self schedule themselves to projects. Example, Mike the Manager of building grounds puts out a message that he needs volunteers to help plant trees on June 19th. Registered volunteers can sign up for the day, a time period and see other volunteers already signed up. We manually track about 700 hours of volunteers monthly and a shared calendar would be great help.
