refused?
Do you want to know illegal/irregular accesses?
Anyway, it is not implemented.

What I means is that when I clicked the link on the email, it suppose to take me directly to the event detail. But because I haven't login to xoops yet, it display an error of being no permission to access the item.
I knew now that I need to set permission to allow access to piCal modules to the group "Annoymous Users"

Suppose I have two categories of event, a and b. Although I can access both, I only want notification from a only.
In the preferences tab, I enabled "Global: New Event" and "Category: New Event in the Category".
But both events generate notifications. I don't have a chance to select what category of events should generate notification only.

Select the category in any view.
You can see "notify events on this category" in the bottom of contents or a block.
