Fresh Xoops install

I have uninstall Xoops and myalbum-p few times, but the problem didn't go away.

I can see all photos I uploaded to the website from the backend, but not on the main page. (2 photos uploaded)

I have set the latest photos and Album blocks in the center on all pages. only empty frameset was showing.

I turned on the PHP error message reporting, and
see:

When I checked the /template_c directory, there was no any myalbum smarty template files.

I was suspecting that cache template crated the problems, but not very sure.

How do I regenerate these template files?

I found out why this won't work!!
Due to I changed Xoops all creating mysql table statements into UTF8 format and mysql connection & client result to UTF8...

After I changed those back, it worked right away!!
