Please help me, on security advisory page, i found that protector suggest me to turn off "allow_url_fopen". But information which I got from phpinfo.php on my server said that allow_url_fopen is "off". Can you help me?

It is natural to display differert result of allow_url_fopen if some directive effects.
eg) httpd.conf
<Virtualhost>
...
php_admin_flag allow_url_fopen off
</Virtualhost>
<Virtualhost>
...
php_admin_flag allow_url_fopen on
</Virtualhost>
Anyway, don't mind this warning if you use secure modules only.
