Which version of myAlbum-P ?

The errors means $_GET['cid'] is not set.
Try viewcat.php?cid=(number)

Thanks for the fast response.

I'm running Xoops 2.2.4 with myAlbum-P 2.9.

I tried the viewcat.php?cid=... and i used the cid number that could be found in th mySQL database. No luck.

But I found that when I show the "recent photo with thumbnail" block on the frontpage and click on it (not logged in) it shows the picture. When I log on als webmaster or registered user the problem occurs.

Regards,

OK.
I've found the reason.
Check the privileges of the module for guests.

- go to admin of myAlbum-P
- go to Blocks&Groups admin
- see the latter part of the controllers
- set "myAlbum-P Module Access rights" of guest

You're right, that solved the problem with the not registered visitors but the problem with the "No photo matches your request" is still bugging me.

I'm logged in as webmaster, all rights are set but still no luck.

"No photo's matches your request"

I know what it means but the category has photo's. But I think I found the problem.

I'm using wordpress as a weblog module and wordpress comes with a nice sidebar but when the sidebar is visible the message "No photo's matches your request" is given to registered users and webmasters. Not registered users do not see the wordpress sidebar but have access to the pictures and don't have the problem. If I disable the sidebar for all users myalbum is running perfect.

Strange, but I like your module and want to use it so the sidebar has to go.......

Thanks for your help with this problem, by the way; great response time.

Keep up the good work.

A possibility.

Blocks of wordpress etc. removes or rewrites "cid" for myAlbum-P.

Try to turn each blocks off temporary.
