Though I don't check it well, it looks like a problem of CSS.

Check:
- your theme.html contains <{$xoops_module_header}>
- your style.css contains some class names as calendar.js

It is not easy to advise someone about CSS.
All I can say that check the priorities among each CSSes.
The place of <link> is important.
