I cannot used the admin of pical ! i received a screnn like that i cannot understand like japanit or chinese.
What is the problem ?
I used the module X-Language fo write in french and hebrew
if i cannot acced the admin of pical how can i to change the permission to see pical not only for webmaster but also to the register menbers ?
I work with 0.85
