Newbie here... be gentle.
I've looked for a solution here, but can't seem to find one.
My-Album-p v2.84 on Win2K server, IIS...
All settings look correct, but no images display. Here is the env check:

Environment Check
PHP directive 'safe_mode' (both ok): off
PHP directive 'file_uploads' (need on): on
PHP directive 'register_globals' (both ok): on
PHP directive 'upload_max_filesize': 2M byte
PHP directive 'post_max_size': 8M byte
PHP directive 'open_basedir': nothing
PHP directive 'upload_tmp_dir': ok C:\PHP\uploadtemp

Table Check
Photos table: xoops_myalbum_photos ok
Number of Photos: 2

Descriptions table: xoops_myalbum_text ok
Number of Descriptions: 2

Categories table: xoops_myalbum_cat ok
Number of Categories: 1

Votedata table: xoops_myalbum_votedata ok
Number of Votedata: 0

Comments table: xoops_xoopscomments ok
Number of Comments: 0

Config Check
Pipe for images: GD
GD Version: bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
Check 'GD2' work correctly under your GD bundled with PHP
If the page linked from here don't display correctly, you should give up working your GD as truecolor mode.

Directory for Photos: C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/xoops/html/uploads/photos ok

Directory for Thumbnails: C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/xoops/html/uploads/thumbs ok

Photos & Thumbs Link Check
Now, checking .. . ok

****
I have a category with two photos, the photos show in category mgr, have rebuilt thumbnails, and display all the blocks (recent photos, top photos, etc). All that shows is the header... no pictures.

What am I doing wrong? I'm guessing its something simple - but is driving me up the wall.

Thanks for any help you can give...
Randy

1st, check the photos can be displayed or not.

access directory like this:

http://.../xoops/html/uploads/photos/1.jpg

And check the permissions

xoops/uploads/
xoops/uploads/photos

Since I've never used IIS, I can't help you no more.
Anyway, if you want to use XOOPS, I recommend you to remove IIS and install Apache.
