Does anyone know if this module works with 2.2? I also noticed that there was no data in the CommantAny block template. Is that right? Monique.
Perhaps, CommentAny does not work with XOOPS 2.2.x.
Since the author -minahito- is a member of XOOPS-Cube core, he will not implement it.

For me it's worked in Xoops 2.2.4. But I don't having success to enable XOOPS dhtml form. I get plugin "smarty_dhtml_v100" and put the file (
function.xoopsdhtmltarea.php) in ROOT/class/smarty/plugins folder, but there aren't change in comment form. I'm not right about dir to put the file... I need edit some file?
Some tip?

You have to edit the template of commentany_center.html
(If you don't understand the meaning of XOOPS templates, use tplsadmin)
and replace
<textarea name="com_text" cols=50 rows=4></textarea>
into:
<{xoopsdhtmltarea name=com_text}>
Who knows, knows! It's worked.
More one question: I see that here in Peak Xoops site the comment form already come with subject filled.
Example:
in
this news the subject of form is "Re: gticket2 released".
How I do this?
Some modules assign 'xoops_default_comment_title' as a template's variable.
(TinyD, piCal ...)
Since news does not, I've hacked the news.
end of article.php
$xoopsTpl->assign('mail_link', 'mailto:?subject='.sprintf(_NW_INTARTICLE,$xoopsConfig['sitename']).'&body='.sprintf(_NW_INTARTFOUND, $xoopsConfig['sitename']).': '.XOOPS_URL.'/modules/news/article.php?storyid='.$article->storyid());
$xoopsTpl->assign( 'xoops_pagetitle' , $article->title() ) ; // GIJ
$xoopsTpl->assign( 'xoops_default_comment_title' , 'Re: ' . $article->title() ) ; // GIJ
include XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.'/include/comment_view.php';
include XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.'/footer.php';
?>

Perfect! Sorry by delay in my reply. I was very busy working in my site.
Xoops: day after day I love more!
Hi guys.
Comments Anywhere doesn't work for me
Please help.
I am using XOOPS 2.0.14 and Comments Anywhere 0.13 with News 1.44 module.
I followed the instructions written on this site.
1. Uploaded ExFrame module (didn't install it, just uploaded to module directory).
2. Uploaded CommentsAnywhere module and installed it in XOOPS.
3. I have set right permissions for Hooking block (for guests, registered users and webmasters).
4. Then I make Hooking block visible in news.
But the comment form doesn't appear
I checked the permissions and comment settings in News module -they are all OK (allways approve comments).
Then I turned on Smarty Debug and found out that the Hooking block doesn't even appear in {$xoBlocks} -the array of blocks that are currently using.
I placed the Hoocking block in bottom center and made it visible, but in Smarty blocks array it's empty:
"page_bottomcenter => Array (0)"
Please help me, what I am doing wrong?
Sorry for bad english. Respect to all XOOPS module developers.
