あるいは既にご存知かもしれませんが報告します。
表題の通りですが、セキュリティセンターからプレフィックマネージャへのリンクが切れていました。
調べてみると、 XOOPS_TRUST_PATH/modules/protector/admin/advisory.php の60 行目が次のようになっていました。
echo "<br /> &nbsp; <a href='prefix_manager.php'>"._AM_ADV_LINK_TO_PREFIXMAN."</a>" ;
mymenuがあるのでそのままでも問題ないですが一応以下のように書き換えました
echo "<br /> &nbsp; <a href='index.php?page=prefix_manager'>"._AM_ADV_LINK_TO_PREFIXMAN."</a>" ;
