now i have 'an even bigger bug'!! *just kidding* 
using the blocks admin module (you developed) to manage the tinyD, i found that the icons in TinyD 0 Content edit is not functional. i think it is because you use the relative address (?), it looks for the image in the blocksadmin directory: (http://localhost/xoops/html/modules/blocksadmin/images/reflect.gif.
