How can allow batch register for registered users?

I want to allow my registered users to be able to upoad pictures from their computer using batch register, but it won't let them do it and says bad direcotyr name
how can i fix this?

Batch register does not mean "Batch upload".
If you can allow them to know your ID and Password of FTP, upload via FTP and specify its path.
In HTTP, Batch upload is not available.
I have a plan to implement "zip upload", but it is not so soon.
