Releasing tplsadmin 1.0

I've released tplsadmin module as version 1.0 (stable).
- table view for each modules
- columns mean template-SET
- rows mean each template
- easy to see which templates are different. (same color means same template)
- displaying "diff" from default-set or file for editing view
- easy to find names of templates
- easy to edit templates just by clicking the link
- downloaded and extracted specifications for template variables
- execute .mxi files
- installed the specifications into Macromedia Extension Manager
- easy to uninstall the specifications of course
- Snippet window of Dreamweaver after installing the specifications
- you can see the folders named as templates in Snippet window of Dreamweaver
- you can use template vars and refer assigned data
- this sample shows the template "xhld_block.html" can use template variables named channel.copyright and channel.copyright can be assigned "Copyright 2006 ATIH"
