Modification "READ" in forum

newbb uses cookie for saving last_read.
But the cookie is broken quite easily.

Thus, I've implement xhnewbb using DB for storing topic_id already "READ".

This feature is only for registered users.
If you want to use "READ" feature, login please.

I'll implement another feature using the linking table between Users and Topics into xhnewbb for my conveniences.
