wraps and Cube 2.1beta

The first D3 module -wraps- is updated for compatibility with Cube 2.1beta.
If you upgrade wraps from 1.0x to 1.1 or higher, you have to overwrite all of wraps instances - XOOPS_ROOT_PATH/modules/(dirname).
