Line 245 in class/protector.php reads:
After this line the editor displays the rest of the code as a string. I think you have to delete /**/ or put at least a space between /* and */.
Right or wrong?

Perhaps it's only a bug of your code-editor
Anyway, I've just modified /**/ to /* */.
The blank comment is needed by my code-editor.
