I installed pico as per instructions, but When trying to display content I get the following error (and a white screen):
Error [Xoops]: Smarty error: [in db:pico_main_viewcontent.html line 123]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'd3comment' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 590) in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1092
Any idea why this is happening?

It's my mistake related with the packaging.
I've just fixed it.
Just download the archive again, then upload html/class/smarty/plugins/function.d3comment.php
