I followed the directions and the install icon does not show up so I cannot install it.
Also, exactly what versions of PHP does this work with?

Wraps can work any versions of PHP.
You should check the version of your XOOPS.

I am running XOOPS 2.3.1. Did I miss something perhaps?

Perhaps, you've missed to upload the file tree inside XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.

I'm having a problem trying to get WRAPS to run on Xoops 2.4.4. I hope you can help me out.
The module is set properly, trust path is correct, etc. But when I go to the modules screen the graphics are not correct and I am getting a lot of errors. The WRAPS module doesn't appear and can't be installed.
The errors I'm getting are:
