Is it PiCal compatible with to Google Calendar and how can I export all datas and keep them updated?
Do I need any cron job?

You can, of course, export any events you want as ics file and then import the file into Google calendar. What you seem to be asking about, though, is sync-ing, and I don't know any way to do that, but I'm not an expert.
The problem with exporting/importing is that it is not very convenient to do more than a few events at at time, and, if an event is changed in piCal, there is no way for Google calendar to know about it. Still, exporting to iCalendar format is a powerful piCal feature.
