Is there a way to display cyrillic characters in pico? I would also like to make my while xoops website display cyrillic characters. Is there a way to do that?
Update 1: Well it works in the TOP description but not in Categories Title or the actual content.
Update 2: I got the actual content to display the cyrillic correct by switching to fckeditor. However I still have e problem with the title.

You'd better run XOOPS with character set UTF-8.
