The Pico module administration shows nothing except under preferences. I have these errors from XoopsInfo:

Oh, and Ive taken the steps to install framworks, xoopseditors, and altsys, but I do not know if they are really there. altsys instructions said there would be a install under module administration but there wasn't.

have you replaced the resource.db.php file with the one from extras folder from xoops distribution? And don't forget to clear (delete all files except index.html) the templates_c folder after that.
