looking for help on how to display 12:00 PM instead of 0:00 in Pical. Simply would like it to be a little more easy to understand for my clients.

in the module preferences , 24hours system (No means 12hours system)* Select(yes)

I too would like to use the 12 hour system. I was unable to locate any option within the piCal or xoops 2.3.3 preferences to change. I did a search for "24hour" and found nothing.
What file has these settings?
