I translated AntiDoS into Brazilian Portuguese. Can I send the files to your e-mail?
I also translated piCal but seems like there's other 2 translations out there, so I think it's better to wait...

Just e-mail'ed you the language files for both.

XOOPS does not have a concept of locale instead of language.
Anyway, I'll add your language files into my archives as portuguesebr.
