I wants to inbisible the main menu then display only the subcategory name
in the main menu block.

相変わらず初心者っぽい質問ですみません。
１番目の問題は恐らくコンテンツトップはテンプレートの修正で出来るのだと思います・・・きっと
（メインメニューに表示しないのであればモジュール管理の数字を０にすれば表示しない所までは分かりました）が、
当方はまだ実質１ヶ月ほどしかかじってないのでそこまで至らないのが実情です。
２番目の質問は；Mattchanの運用しているサイトでTinycontentを複数利用しているのでこの方法がセオリーなのかなとも思っています。
話は変わりますが、JIGOEさんとMattchan合作のカスタマイズXOOPSを購入しました！
テーマやテンプレートの事が詳しく載っていてとても為になりました。
是非２弾の出筆を期待しています。（前の記事でそれは無いとか書いてありましたが^^;）

If you want to customize menu items, drop "main menu" first.
Try multimenu etc.
Anyway, I'll make a block displaying subcategories just under a category.

Im seeking an solution to this problem aswell.
Is there any way to "skip" the "TOP" Category from being displayed in the "Main Menu" and instead start with the following categories right away?
Current Mainmenu:
Pico (Modulname)
|- Subcat 1
|- Subcat 2
|- Subcat etc.
Wanted Result:
Subcat1
| |- Subcat1 of Subcat1
Subcat 2
| |- Subcat1 of Subcat2
Subcat etc.
| |- Subcat1 of Sub etc.
My users (around 90 Websites in total with like 130 editors) are currently using up to 15 cloned TinyD's each, which they like to consolidate into a single module utilizing Pico. The usage of Multimenu is far to static and basically impossible to setup for the majority of our users/editors.
Thats why i really prefer an fully dynamical solution.
Something like a small hack within the menu array to prevent (skipping) displaying the top category inside the main menu would be marvelous.

After i tried several Iterations (Foreach utilizing First and Iteration) within the system's Mainmenu template i had to realize that it would need quite some tweaking at the php files in order to get the above questioned feature done.
I meanwhile fixed our quite complex Structure in disabling the system Mainmenu and using multible Pico's instead and also utilizing the > MIGHTY < Menublock's aswell as an Single Multimenu as an central Navigation Element on top.
Pico, in my eyes, is one of the most powerful/essential Moduls for Xoops. Keep up the fantastic and all through professional Work.
