Working since 3 years with TinyD and currently testing out this amazing Modul. Im curious if its possible to implement some sort of an dynamic Menu (mouseover, dhmtl etc.) to display larger menu structures more compact.

Any plans yet? Or already available?

Regards.

Which kind of DHTML do you mean?

Anyway, pico supports hierarchical submenu, you can make DHTML like this.

(auto translate by google)
http://64.233.179.104/translate_c?hl=ja&langpair=ja%7Cen&u=http://www.xugj.org/modules/d3...

And you can edit pico's templates via altsys as you like.
If you are familiar with DHTML, you can implement any DHTMLs into pico's template.

Was busy working on another Project but found time now to implement the DHTML(goodie)-Menu. Worked great, thanks again.

Got a question concerning "xugj_assign.php".

Why does it display for example the Module TinyD1 but not others like Tiny2,3 etc. also PiCal isn't recognized and doesn't automatically render the Menuitems for those Modules while it does for Pico, News, MyAlbum.

Anything i can do beside adding those infos manually by changing the template inside cache folder?

Thanks in advance.

piCal will be recognized by xugj_assign.php automatically if you installed it as 'piCal'.

If you want to add modules, just edit xugj_assign.php.

Since TinyD does not have category, any instances will work fine as submenu.

All works fine unless i have at least one subelement below the modules. For example a TinyD with just one Article doesnt gets displayed in the Menu Array while adding a second article will show the Menuelement. Thats why prolly piCal (added as piCal) doesnt show up since it doesnt have any subelements.

Is there any way to display a Modul as a Menuitem even if it does not have more than one element to display?

Hi, I was interested in the solution but google doesn't translate the link you mentioned. Is there any other way I can look at your solution. Help from either GIJoe or Ejona would be appreciated

hi dconn6.

- create XOOPS_TRUST_PATH/cache
- chmod 777 XOOPS_TRUST_PATH/cache
- download xugj_assign.php
-- http://www.peak.ne.jp/support/xoops/xugj_assign.zip
- put xugj_assign.php into the same directory as theme.html you use
- edit your theme.html
-- insert this line in the top
<{include_php file="file:$xoops_rootpath/themes/$xoops_theme/xugj_assign.php"}>
-- insert this code into the appropriate place
<div id="dhtmlgoodies_menu">
<{$xugj_menu_uls}>
</div>
- install "DHTML menu" as instructed in http://www.dhtmlgoodies.com/
- modify XOOPS_TRUST_PATH/cache/theme_xugj_assign.php if you want

Enjoy!
