Though I cannot understand whole of the thread, is Skalpa down by ill now ?

I respect him, and I hope him return.

For some time now, some people discuss the fact Xoops users will be stuck with Xoops 2 frozen. Because there's no soul and communication around development. Many users alike me were banned from Xoops to keep that secret. But today maybe the following thread will makes it clear and open users mind:

If Skalpa can't admit he fail his goal maybe the community can make him understand it is time to leave and let fresh blood help Xoops to survive.

I cannot judge which is correct because I don't live in Europe

But there are two facts I believe.


- The latest XOOPS Core is not vulnerable

At least, all vulnerabilitis already found are fixed now.
This means that there are no emergency to release the next core.


- Banning account should be limited as possible

Why gigamaster/damaster should have been banned?
I cannot find any curses from his posts.
Rather he looks polite.


I -as a module developper- want "the stablitiy of the core".
If the core does not change its spec, I can do anything by my magic.

I don't want important spec changes like 2.0.14/15/16.
My proud D3 modules does not work properly with raw 2.0.14/15/16 ...
