I have installed piCal and everything is fine, except that my language will not show in the calendar header. Weekdays are displayed in english "mon, tue...etc" and months are also displayed in english "may.. etc". Despite that I have set my native language, Norwegian, as to be used. I have manually edited all language files and cheked all configurations and went trough the files, but I have not a clue what migh be wrong. Any hint?

Perhaps you did not copy/edit pical_vars.phtml.
