It is a module for "tell a friend". 
Xoops currently uses your own mail client to send a "tell a friend".
With the implementation of this module, when you click on "tell a friend", a web form will be presented and "tell a friend" will be sent through the web site using xoopsMailer class.
This is another excellent addition to Xoops. Hope it will be released in English soon?
