thumbs are not created for *.JPG (uppercase)extension but only for Ž¨*.jpg extension (lowercase)

hi efla.
myAlbum-P 2.70 has a bug which uppercase extensions treated as not image files.
I've just prepared myAlbum-P 2.71.
Overwrite them please.
