Hi,

I have upgraded my site from xoops 2.0.9.3 to xoops 2.0.13.1 (with intermediate steps). I use the new autolgin hack for this xoops version.

Firefox users suddenly have problems with the hack (ie seems to work fine). When they visit the site they get the message "_retrypost" (I know I have to add it to the language file). When they hit the button nothing happens. So they are not able to enter the site.

I myself have no problems with forefox. Probably because I have not ticked the "remember me" checkbox before.

I have no idea where to look for a solution. Any advise is more then welcome.

I found out the following:

In firefox the following happens. I am preparing a post and during that time my session retires. When I post my message, the system logg's me in and asks me if I want to repost. I say i want that. But the system says that it "already submitted" the post. This is not right. The post is not submitted and is lost.

Does nobody have a clue on the cause of this behaviour?

Btw: I am not a beginner. I am using Xoops software for some years now. I have used several hacks and used the autologin hack on previous versions of xoops.

For those who have the same problem: the problem of those not able to log in has been resolved by deleting their firefox cookies.
