忘れている、というか、処理が追いついていないだけです

とりあえず「実現可能」ですよ。
<{php}>ブロック内で、weightから判断してwidthでも定義してあげて、ブロック表示ループの時にそのwidthを<td>タグに渡せば良いんです。

この説明で判らなかったら、誰かに依頼した方が良いと思います。
