it display the date of news 1 day more than the correct date just for the news section of my site.
i set 2 other site and dont have problem with them

for example the last news:
http://www.jadoogaran.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1744
the correct date is: شنبه ۱۳ خرداد ۱۳۸۵
it display in xhld one day later: یکشنبه ۱۴ خرداد ۱۳۸۵

pay attention to numbers 13 and 14.
