Problem with uploading picture

i use myalbum-p 2.63
At first it works fine.

But after i changed my host, both the myalbum and imagemanager can't upload anything.
The myalbum is here:

But this Uploaoder can upload images.

And after i upgade xoops to 2.06 the imagemanager works fine again.

dear master can you tell me what's wrong with my host?
