Hi,

I upgraded Xoops from 2.4 to 2.5. I think I had the install dir chmod (777) and now I have a file ownership issue. Everytime I upload a file eg. within news module, the file is owned by apache/apache instead of owner/psadn and rights are 444 instead of 777. Do you know how to fix this issue?
