I have created a custom block position on ICMS 1.2. the block contains nothing more then:

<script type="text/javascript" src="/themes/custom/scroller.js"></script>

With Protector on it reports: Protector detects site manipulation.

scroller.js is a simpel script scrolling some images in the custom block.

Is there any way to stop protector from closing the site? I have it turned off at the moment.
