Some modules invite one to create a folder.
Download modules, platform modules, etc.

I often see the index.html file is missing in these folders.
Especially in the language folders happens often.
Some times it misses even i XOOPS Core.

What if protector got a function where it checks if index.html exist in all folders?

Function (I'm not a programmer)
Load the directory into a array
Search for index.html
If not exist echo "Index.html dos not exist in directory xxx"
(ore even better create the file)
