header('Location:')でのリダイレクトはさすがにob_filterじゃどうしようもないですね。

一番手っ取り早いのは、メインメニューなんて使うのをやめて、MultiMenuかなにかで、ja/?content_id= などと、なんらかの形でidを渡してあげる方法です。

pico側でも何か考えておきます。
