I am planning on upgrading d3Pipes from 0.57 to latest version 0.66c and I am not sure what files need to be updated or installed. I need d3Pipes upgrade instruction.

Just overwrite (XOOPS_TRUST_PATH)/modules/d3pipes/
Then do update your modulesadmin.
