I just completed the piCal v0.5.0.6 traditional Chinese (tchinese) language files.
This language package was translated by Virus (the webmaster of http://www.rdi.com.tw 80%) & xoobs (the webmaster of http://www.twtogo.com 20%)
you can get it from pm later.
